NHCOG is Hiring!
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Transportation to oversee and lead regional transportation planning and programmatic activities for NHCOG.. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background transportation planning along with multiagency coordination and compliance with state and federal regulations and grant programs.


This is a senior leadership role for a strategic thinker who values regional planning, collaboration, innovation, and data-driven decision-making in advancing regional programs.


Minimum Qualifications, experience and training:
Bachelor's Degree (Master’s preferred) from an accredited college in city, regional or transportation planning/engineering, public administration or closely related field and five (5) years of experience in a planning capacity and at least two (2) years in a project management and supervisory capacity, or as deemed equivalent.
